The company VÍNO ZLOMEK & VÁVRA s.r.o. with a place of business in Boršice u Blatnice which is a beautifull part of ’Moravské Slovácko’ in Czech Republic.

We are focused on production of top-class wine and the high quality of our wine is reflected on prestigious wine competition which we take.

Our company is taking notice of wine quality already in vineyard, we are very careful during all work which needs to be done in our vineyard, the bud load is optimal, the grapes are sorted before they are hand-picked, the grapes are very carefully transferred, processed by controlled fermentation which gives a special character to our wine.

We are able to offer you a wide selection of all wine varieties from wine-growing region in Moravia.

We processed these varieties:

Muller Thurgau, Sylvaner, Gewurztraminer, Malvasier, Rheinriesling, Welschriesling, Muscat of Moravia, Pinot blanc, Pinot gris, Pinot noir, Gruner Veltliner, Sauvignon, Neuburger, Chardonnay, Saint Laurent rose, Frankonia rose, Agni, Andre, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zweigeltrebe, Dornfelder, Frankonia and Merlot. Pinot Blanc becomes most popular and most successful wine of our company every year, the high quality of this wine is reflected on every prestigious wine competition which we take in Czech Republic.

In 2007 we started with production of sparkling wine which we named ‘Adéla sekt‘. Our sparkling wine is produced by an old traditional method of bottle fermentation process.

Our vision is to expand our production, invest into further modern technologies, so that will improve the quality of our products and services to reach the parameters of the best and successful European companies.
